Douglas Lee

Founder and Managing Director

Doug is a Founder and Managing Director of LaunchPad. His primary role is to set the vision and direction of the company. In addition, he oversees the Advertising, Human Resources and Sales Department, handles all legal and regulatory matters and is involved in new business development and strategic alliances.

Doug has 14 years experience in management and business development. Prior to co-founding the company in 1995, Doug was a Manager at Ernst & Young LLP specializing in international tax. He was involved in planning and implementing tax-advantage structures and transactions.

Doug holds a B.A. in Government (cum laude) from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.

Doug enjoys playing golf, swimming, working out and watching movies as well as spending time with his wife and two kids.

Greg Hall

Founder and Managing Director

Greg is a Founder and Managing Director of LaunchPad. His primary role is executive oversight of back office operations. He is responsible for the areas of Building Facilities, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Payroll and Quality Assurance.

Greg has 14 years experience in business process design and execution. Prior to co-founding the company in 1995, he worked in portfolio accounting and administration at Scudder Kemper Investments.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He has also taken a wide array of Systems Analysis and Real Estate coursework at University California at Los Angeles.

Greg enjoys beach volleyball, skiing, reading, chess and home improvement as well as spending time with his wife.

Mark Osborne

Founder and Managing Director

Mark is a Founder and Managing Director of LaunchPad. His primary role is managing the Research and Development Department. He also focuses much of his time on new business development and strategic alliances that spearhead the company’s innovation and growth.

Mark has 14 years experience in training, sales and consulting. Prior to co-founding the company in 1995, Mark worked in telecommunications and as a loss prevention consultant for an Exxon services company.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Industrial Management along with a double minor in Business Administration and Industrial Safety from Central Michigan University.

Mark embraces strong family values, lives a very active, healthy lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, daughter and friends.

Alex Kim

Chief Financial Officer

Alex is the CFO of LaunchPad. His primary role is overseeing the company’s accounting practices. In addition, he is charged with directing strategic financial planning, monitoring operational performance and trends, analyzing business opportunities for expansion and projection of future growth.

Alex has 20 years of business accounting experience. Prior to joining LaunchPad in 2004, Alex was a member of a select group of tax attorneys specializing in partnership taxation at Ernst & Young LLP. He has substantial expertise in forming, operating and unwinding joint ventures, as well as in planning and structuring tax-advantaged mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings.

Alex holds a B.S. in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. Alex is a CPA and a member of the California bar.

Alex is an avid sport-fisherman with scores of saltwater fishing trips throughout Baja California, Mexico.

Brian Pick

Vice President of IT Operations and PMO

Brian is the VP of Information Technology and Project Management. His primary role is working with the other senior managers to set corporate strategic goals, identify key initiatives and coordinate the planning and execution of mission critical projects. Brian and his team of IT professionals also ensure that critical IT infrastructure meets the current and future needs of the business.

Brian has over 10 years of IT experience in various management and technical roles. Prior to joining LaunchPad in 2005, Brian worked as an IT manager for NEC and Alorica call centers where he managed the IT infrastructure for 800+ agents.

Brian holds a number of IT related certifications and has been expanding his education through IT, business and project management related seminars, classes and conferences.

Brian enjoys traveling with his wife and three kids. So far, his favorite travel destination is Istanbul, Turkey.

Wayne Cheung

Marketing Director

Wayne is the Marketing Director for LaunchPad. His primary role is overseeing all of the company’s marketing efforts. He is responsible for creative development and media strategy for all product lines.

Wayne has over 10 years of marketing experience. Prior to joining LaunchPad in 2006, he orchestrated the launch of Total Call International's MVNO, Total Call Mobile. Wayne has also held positions at NTN Buzztime Inc., Cars.com, Turner Entertainment Networks and PAX TV (now known as ION TV).

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Wayne is an active member of the American Marketing Association.

Wayne enjoys watching movies and playing board games with family and friends.

Randy Paras

Human Resources Director

Randy is the Human Resources Director of LaunchPad. His primary role is focusing on LaunchPad’s strategic workforce planning and employee development as well as employee relations to sustain the work environment.

Randy has over 10 years of extensive management and training experience. Prior to joining LaunchPad in 2005, he was a general manager in the retail sales and food service industries. Randy also was an airborne certified US Army Officer, culminating his career in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Randy enjoys cooking, running, sport fishing and cheering for the UCLA Bruins along with his wife.
